Sonja Sorrel has joined us as partner, bringing with her a wealth of strategic communications expertise and a talent for storytelling.

A seasoned strategist with over 25 years of experience, Sonja focuses on simplifying the complex. Her background spans consulting, content development, media relations, and large-scale project leadership.

Before joining Delta, Sonja held roles at Principal Financial Group, where she led media strategy, issues management, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives — all with a strong focus on collaboration and aligning communication with business outcomes.
